Where are your products manufactured?
All of our cosmetics are formulated and manufactured in our laboratory in Auvergne, France.
Does your brand have a certification?
Our skincare products have been certified organic by Ecocert, which
demonstrates strict adherence to our manufacturing procedures and the quality of our ingredients.
PRODUCTS
Are your products tested on animals?
None of our products are tested on animals—whether they are ingredients, raw materials, or the finished product.
Are these treatments safe during pregnancy?
Yes, the concentrations of essential oils are below the level required to penetrate the skin barrier and enter the bloodstream.
Do your products contain parabens?
No, we have eliminated all substances that are potentially harmful to the environment or dangerous to human health from our formulations.
Are our products vegan?
None of our products come from animal farming.
How long can a product be kept after opening?
Our products have a shelf life of 3 years from the date of manufacture. Once opened, they should be used within six months to get the most out of our natural ingredients.
Are your products non-comedogenic?
Yes, we carefully select each ingredient to provide you with non-comedogenic, hypoallergenic products that are 100% natural and effective.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, our products are specially formulated to meet the needs of sensitive skin, offering a gentle and effective solution for your skincare routine.

DELIVERY
How can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email containing your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs €4.90 within France. Shipping is free on orders over €75. For the rest of the world, shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days within France.
I'd like to change the details of my order. How do I do that?
If your order hasn't left our warehouse yet, we'd be happy to help. Please email us as soon as possible at contact@thomsenbeauty.com (Orders are typically shipped by 11 a.m. the day after your purchase).
I want to change the shipping address. How do I do that?
We can change your shipping address if your order hasn't left our warehouse yet. To do so, simply send an email to contact@thomsenbeauty.com
Can I cancel my order?
We can cancel your order and issue a refund if your order has not yet left our warehouse. Simply send an email to contact@thomsenbeauty.com
Can I return a product I purchased?
Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns. If your product is defective, please contact us at contact@thomsenbeauty.com
What are Thomsen's hygiene measures?
We follow the guidelines issued by the World Health Organization and local authorities. We ensure that all health and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to at all times. Your products are shipped directly from the laboratory, where they are stored under optimal conditions.
PAYMENT
Is the Thomsen Beauty website secure?
Yes, credit card payments are processed through our payment partner, Stripe. We do not have access to your credit card information.
What payment methods are available for placing an order on your website?
We accept credit card and PayPal payments on our website.
I'd like to retrieve my invoice. How do I do that?
You can access your invoice directly from the confirmation email sent after your purchase. You can also email us at contact@thomsenbeauty.com to request your invoice.
